Our first-stage program is a 90-day residential program, with the option to extend up to six months. First stage is designed to help women build a strong foundation in recovery. During this stage, residents participate in a structured and supportive environment that includes group therapy, relapse prevention planning, 12-step work, regular 12 step meetings, fitness, life coaching, personal development, and much more. This stage focuses on healing, accountability, self-awareness, and the development of essential recovery tools.
Second-stage Transitional Program
Upon successful completion of First Stage, women can apply to move into our Second Stage Transitional Program. This phase supports women as they transition toward greater independence while remaining connected and accountable. Support includes volunteer opportunities, part-time or full-time employment, education or vocational training, resumes and budget planning, support in reconnecting with and strengthening relationships with their children and families, and building healthy support systems outside the home.
After Care support
Our aftercare program provides continued support as women transition out of residential programming. After care focuses on maintaining recovery, strengthening coping skills, and navigating life’s challenges through ongoing connection, accountability, and access to supportive resources.
Alumni Program
Our Alumni Program fosters lifelong connection and community beyond program connection. Alumni are encouraged to stay engaged through peer support, mentorship, shared experiences, and opportunities to give back. This ongoing connection reinforces long-term recovery and reminds women they are never alone on this journey.
